Delivery fees are calculated based on:
- Your Location: The distance from our warehouse to your delivery address.
- Weight/Size: Heavier or bulkier items may incur a slightly higher fee.

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Delivered to your doorstep within 1-3 days.
- Express Delivery: Same-day delivery for eligible orders in Dar es Salaam.
- Local Pickup: Free pickup from our Kariakoo store.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID. You can go to the Order Tracking page, enter your Order ID, and see real-time updates on your package's location.
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
